Edinburgh Airport (EDI) - Guide to Edinburgh (EDI) Airport

Train services link Edinburgh with other cities in Scotland and England. Waverley Station has main lines to Aberdeen in the north and London in the south, while trains also run to local destinations.

Edinburgh has a reliable bus network and good roads connect it to nearby towns and cities, including both the M8 and M9 motorways, as well as the A1, the A71, the A90 and the A720.

Edinburgh Turnhouse Airport is about eight miles from the centre of the city. Alternatively, tourists can use Glasgow International Airport, 55 miles away, and Glasgow Prestwick International Airport, 80 miles from Edinburgh. All three airports can be reached by coach, train and car.
